Question: What would be a good meal plan/ calorie intake for 15 year olds if im trying to loose weight?
i weigh 143 lbs, and im 5.5"

Exercise for 30 minutes daily and eat around 1500 calories. Don't have junk foods (like chips and candy) and drink a lot of water instead of sugary drinks and soda. Whatever you do, DON'T starve yourself because you'll gain everything back in the end.
