Don't have time to exercise?!

Question: Don't have time to exercise?
Hey, I'm a 16 year old male and i'm trying to loose some weight. I'm 187lbs and 5'10". So i got a gut that i want to take away. The problem is I have no time to exercise!!!! I go to school, then work, then home usually late. Over the summer i did P90X and lost like 15 pound in two months. I wish i had time to do that but i dont. I'm trying to eat well but my daily activity doesn't seem to be making me loose any weight. What can i do to loose weight without a whole lot of exercise. Thanks

So excercize while doing nothing... isometric, flexing muscles, etc... wear ankle and wrist weights... walk instead of driving.. jog instead of walking.

P90X is great... but the workouts are long and you have no time. Why dont you try to do have of the workouts. Maybe 25 minutes daily, try to get up 30 minutes earlier every morning. And during the weekend do the complete workout. And try to eat healthy too, if not it is not going to work. But if you really want this, you will find the time.

There is no such thing as no time, there are 24 hours in the day and you only need 1 hour. Wake up an hour earlier and exercise, your body can adjust to that.

Other than exercising to speed up weight lose, eating healthy will still work. You just need to find the proper food and methods that will work for you.

Sorry but, we all have the same 24 hrs. in the day you just have to make the time. A friend told me about this shakeology supplement you can drink as a meal replacement or as a snack and it comes w/a 30 min. & a 50 min. workout you can do at least 3 times a wk. I lost 10 lbs. my first wk. but I also did the 30 min. workout everyday.

In my opinion more than 50% of weight loss is related to diet.
Go to the link below to find your daily calorie requirement.
Target eating 500 calories less than your body requires every day.
You will lose one pound per week.
Doesn't sound like much but that is twelve pounds by the end of May.

Good luck.
