Is it okay i ate like this?!


Question: Is it okay i ate like this?
I woke up at 11 am & ate breakfast.
Bf: A bowl of honey bunches of oats w/ unsweetened almond milk
A glass of v8 juice
& a large banana w/ cinnamon

At 1 pm
I got really bored and decided to eat lunch.
I ate 1 can of tuna made w/ miracle whip.
I told myself nothing else but then i still wanted to eat something, so i grabbed a slice of whole wheat bread than i still wanted to eat something even though i was full! so i told myself if i do so, that i just wont have a snack before dinner like i usually do.

Since than i just had gatorade at 3:15. just to keep my metabolism going and get my fluids. (im also recovering from being sick so i'm trying to make sure i replenish my body w/ gatorade)

Anyways is it okay that i ate my meals within 2 hours?

Yes, it was ok

I heard that it takes 20 minutes for our brain to received the signal that our stomach is full. So try to wait and if after those 20 minutes you are still hungry, eat something else, or drink water.

But anyways, you ate very well today



Try to eat less but more often because it keeps your metabolism good. Don't eat when you're bored either. Go for a walk, watch some TV, hang out with a friend, etc. instead of mindless eating.



That is a little too much, but nothing too bad. If you think you should be eating less, try chewing your food longer and eat slow, that way you are tricking your body into thinking your full
