I have a belly like a 5 month pregnant woman, and I can;t live without sweets! Sweets make me calm, maybe someone can suggest some exercises for belly flattering? Thank You

as I said the first time you asked, do chin ups or ab work.,,,



Sit ups is the best way, just start off doing 10 or so a day then build up and hopefully after a month you can be doing 50 or so a day and your tummy will flatten over time :) also sweets don't make people calm they have the opposite affect they actually give you more energy and well done for quitting smoking, the hardest part is you will get your appetite back but try not to binge eat, just eat 3 meals a day with no snacks and you should be fine :)



quitting smoking and changing your diet should go hand and hand..quitting bad addictions at same time..but will be twice as difficult , at least for 1st month.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



Get a step counter they really work. Go for walks in the apartment at every tv comercial. You can do sit ups at night before bed and it even tires you to help you sleep better. Also reduce portions at dinner that is the meal you metabolize the worst. Cereal for breakfast not waffles. No coco puffs. Reduced fat milk or skim if you can pull it off with the parental units. And get a few hand weights you can buy them for about 10 bucks at walmart or you can use 1 gallon water bottles. They weigh 8 pounds each. Use those for curls.



Stay away from sweetened bottle drinks, especially sodas. Hey all those colas and fizzy drinks are sweetened with sugar and sugar means calories. The more you can cut out on these sweetened bottle drinks, the better for you. So if you must drink sodas, then stick to diet sodas.



During the day drink ice water with lemon. The lemon juice will help curb your appetite and if you eat the ice it gives your body the feeling of eating(but without the calories).

Include in your diet things that contain more water like tomatoes and watermelons. These things contain 90 to 95 % water so that there is nothing that you have to lose by feasting on them. They fill you up without adding to the pounds.
