Question: Mass gaining question- What else can I do to gain more weight??? 23/m short question?
I'm 5' 9" around 147lbs... I don't have a big frame like a bodybuilder, but I've been lifting for years and I have good muscle growth considering the size of my frame. My body is sort of like Lil Waynes body to give you a general idea. I've weighed over 160 before when I was at my biggest, but I had an injury that kept me out of the gym for almost a year and I'm working my way back

Right now I have a very well rounded workout. Chest day, back day, arms/forearms day, shoulders, and lower body day. I do a decent amount of cardio bc I don't have the worlds fastest metabolism and I like to keep stomach in line. I also do my best to eat healthy, but I just cant gain as fast as i'd like. i take anabolic halo right now and protein supps

any secrets/tips that you know of to help me put on lean pounds quicker?

Answers:

Do strength training. Switch up your routine. Like do your routine one week and the next week switch it up completely. Your body is used to your workout so it's more routine than a workout. You introduce your body to a new workout and it'll be brand new to your body which means you'll get the maximum gain.
