Is my friend anorexic ?!

Recently, she's lost a lot of weight. And now she is less than half the size that she used to be and she still thinks she's fat. I told her she's not and that I wished I looked like her, and she still complains that she's not where she wants to be. She eats very little now.

A few months ago, she had to go to the hospital and have an emergency surgery because she almost lost her organs.
I don't know if this has anything to do with it
And, she told me that she is always cold
I think that she is because she lost so much weight in just 8 months
