How conditioned can i become in 6 months?!
Question: How conditioned can i become in 6 months?
I am 6'6 250lbs, and i am in decent shape as of right now. If i were to condition for the next 6 months could i work myself up to being able to do 100 (really good) push ups in 2 minutes, 120 sit ups in 2 minutes, 30 pull ups, run 1.5 miles in under 9 minutes, and swim 500 yards in under 9 minutes all one after the next with small breaks in between.

It depends on how hard you work in those six months. Honestly, those goals you have set are totally unrealistic for most modern day athletes. Aspiring Navy Seal, right? good luck
You can if you have the heart to do it, you can always push yourself to be able to go the distance.
