Exercise and a healthy diet.

Cardio-3-6 times a week for 20-60 minutes

healthy diet is also really important

- try to stay away fried/fast food/processed foods
- drink only water, 1% milk, and green tea. mostly water though
- eat 2-3 times a day to get your metabolism going (healthy)
- include foods in your diet
-eggs
-greek yogurt
-fruits
-veggies
-whole grains/wheat
-lean meats
-fish
-nuts

try to stay away from..
-white flour
-high sugar food
-high sodium foods
-anything considered "junk food"

remember its okay to enjoy things in moderation but think about how much healthier you'll be without that piece of cake :)

I always find the best way for me to lose weight is just to start walking a lot more. Just add 30 mins to an hour of walking a few times a week and you will see it fall off pretty fast. I see my unwanted weight gain go fast and since you are male yours will go much faster. It is a great way to loose the weight but not add muscle. If you find you want to start to add muscle tone later on you can always add something more later on:- Best of luck to you!
Eat less or eat healthier. But cardiovascular exercise helps to lose weight too. And fat triggering foods? I don't think there is any. If you eat a lot of something, you'll gain weight. If you eat less of something, you'll lose weight.

And spot reduction is a myth. Your body will tell what fat is going first. So it takes time and patience. So just have a well balanced diet it,or do what I do; and just eat the foods you like;but in smaller portions. And take at least 3 days of the week to do 30 minutes of cardio. Just move around a bit during the day. Even a ten minute walk around the block. Every little bit helps.

The only safe and effective way to lose fat properly is the old-fashioned 'diet and exercise routine'. To this day, nothing beats it.

Dont start starving yourself first off, cause it'll only increase you weight. Start to exercise more!
