why am i not shifting weight ?!


Question: Why am i not shifting weight ?
I have a healty diet and exercise by walking playing hockey and cycling but no matter what i do i lose no weight im pretty chunky and have become pretty self concious so i have been trying for years to lose it
any ideas or tips on what im doing wrong or how i could change ?

Answers:

Cut down on your sodium. That helps ALOT.
If that doesnt work cut down on carbs.
If you drink sodas, try to drink diet sodas or water.
(1 bottle of Coca-cola has as much calories as a whole meal).
Don't eat at night, I try not to eat after 5:00 pm.
Walking doesn't really burn many calories, try speed-walking, jogging or running.
try riding your bike up-hill more.
the trick is to burn more calories than you consume.

I have lost 25 pounds with these tricks-

You may need to look at your food plan a bit more closely and depending on the level of exercies, the amount of execise might be ok but the intensity may need to be upped. you may need to start doing weights and the like as they are excellent for toning up and help to lose weight



you should "clean your stomach" it lots fiber so your intestines are cleaned. this usualy makes you loose a couple of pounds in about a month. check how much your eating it may be over eating.
