Question: WAS MY LUNCH AND DINNER GOOD FOR DIET?
I'm 16.
Lunch: a little bit over a serving of pasta, a taste of scalloped potatoes (tiny bit), 2 pieces of broiled/baked talapia fish, and some green beans

Dinner: 2 pieces of leftover fish, green beans, and 1 small baked potato with a spritz of olive oil

(I'm not listing the other foods cause those were fruits and veggies)

Was that good for my diet?

Yes but there were a lot of carbs.



Yes, except the pasta which has lots of calories. If you count calories, you'll have more of an idea of how much you're eating and if it's enough/too much.



not rele... go lower on the carbs... and it doesnt rele matter as long as u get plenty of exercise.
