I eat tons but still not enough?!

Question: I eat tons but still not enough?
im trying to maintain my weight, but eat smaller meals, more frequently of course to lose the last bit of my stomach..
i eat soo much in a day (of course its all healthy) and i hate eating after i eat dinner like a small snack or healthy dessert cause i feel soo fat and bloated.
but most days i need to because id only eat 1300--1500 calories or so..and thats not enough to maintain.
i know i should eat more "calorie dense" foods, but then i always worry about going over.
i workout at least 30 minutes on the gazelle..but i dont think its effective anymore :/ and i cant go outside or go to the gym..
im perfectly healthy...5'4 105 lbs 15years old.

like today i hate a parfait, then a bagel thin with cream cheese and smoked salmon, then a salad, pb& banana on wheat, and spiced pumpkin puree, a taco salad, and a frozen banana.

Dont worry! everything was healthy, and many healthy subsitutions were made..so dont judge my foods!!!!!! Seriously!!!

any suggestions how to not feel so guilty or bloated? also, some cardio i can do in my house with no equiptment???

Answers:

well some cardio u can do in ur home with very minimal equipment is JUMP ROPING. its a Great form of exercise. if u dont want any equipment what-so-ever then just jump up and down using ur arms.

another thing u could do is run up and down the stairs. or use the bottom step and do "step aerobics"
repeatedly stepping up and down 1 step.

i do these :)

theyre fun :)
