Can i mix weights and INSANITY workout?!


Question: Can i mix weights and INSANITY workout?
hi, i am 16 year old teen, now i dont have a huge belly, but its monir but still not a flat stomach. the rest of me is fine... i did weightlift a while ago and my arms r in gud shape, only thing is i wanna get rid of my belly and chest fat. i undertsand i need to lose my overall fat in order to get results (lose they chest and belly fat)...

so i am thinking, i have WAY too much hmwk cause im in a special program, bbut i seriously dont wanna give up fitness. can i do insanity for mabey 3 to 4 times a week? and on every other day i plan on doing a gud workout (different part each day). or mabey just a killer full body workout on the weekends. now ive done weightlifting b4 so i know what to do and what not to do (in terms of staying safe)... and i know i cant become some next taylor lautner or crazy ripped dude, but i just wanna feel like i can go outside and run 3 km without stopping. just stay fit in that sense.

so anyways, can i do that? insanity 3 or 4 times a week, cause it is cardio afterall and i just wanna be in "that shape" by summer. just a lean look. i have 4 months so i think i can do it. my eating habits are fine, i think thats y i am not in the fat group and definatley far from obesity (even if i do just sit and study/play video games all day). also i was wondering, to get rid of chest fat, can i get light dumbells and do a LOT of reps with chest excersizes? will that tone my chest out? i just dont want anny fat on it?

You should begin to worry when you are 25.
The 16 year girl body shape can be change in the future.
So now, you just eat proper and do exercise.

If you are good at Math, you can do the calculation of what you eat per day, and count the number of calories you get from the gym.
