Question: Is this a good way to loose weight?
My sister and I want to loose some weight, but her 'cheat nights' include the weekend- which means she can eat whatever only on Saturday and Sunday. I don't do that. I'm not sure if it's our will power or what. But it's FRIDAY, and she went out and got us Portillos hot dogs and cheese fries. It's not even the weekend. I don't know what to tell her because I feel like just because she's my 'big sister' she thinks I know nothing about trying to keep weight off.

I don't think that's a good idea. You're right, you're strong. When you start to make excuses/exceptions you start to think that its alright, and it becomes normal, and then a habit. If you want to lose weight and become healthy you need to commit yourself.



your sister crams so much fat on such a short period of time thats not good. I dont blame her or you for eatting unhelathy things as its hard to diet. what you should do is have smething like a small bag of crisp every 2 days and maybe sneak a a chocolate on the weekends at max. But remember to lose weight you need to consume less calories then you burn therefore make a calorie intake chart
remember your only aloud 2000 calories as a woman if you eat a crisp or chocolate make sure u burn it off! hope this helped!



you can eat whatever you want on "cheat nights" as long as you double the effort the following week..



Don't eat it make a yummy chicken ceaser salad instead!
