If you eat plenty of calories & lots of protein, the body builds a new skin. Skin cells only live a couple of months, so your body is constantly rebuilding new skin IF you provide it with adequate nutrition. A low calorie diet forces the body to catabolize it's own lean tissues for nutrition. I'm assuming with the metabolism shut down, skin rebuilding becomes a luxury that when not funded with adequate fuel the body

If you lose it gradually and healthily, you should find that you won't have any excess skin, actually it's not really excess skin, it's just that your skin has stretched. Unless you're huge and want to lose half you body weight or more, it really shouldn't be a problem. Do toning exercises and weights. You're breasts are pretty much fatty tissue, and there's not much you can do about them, and you could possibly drop a cup size, especially if your breasts got bigger when you put on weight (easy way to determine!). You can tone up your arms, shoulders and tone the muscle under your breasts so they become perkier.
When you lose weight, no matter what so called target exercising you do, you cannot target one spot in particular. You will lose weight from all over your body, but will think you're not losing it here or there, because it is so gradual. The best way to keep a track of your weightloss is by measurements. Measure the largest part of your thighs, arms, your waist (around the belly button area), hips and under the breasts. Sometimes weighing yourself is no good, as weight fluctuates, especially with women because of hormones. But don't measure too often or you may disappoint yourself and give up, once a week would be plenty, on a set day.
Good luck!

There are more tips and info.

1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.

2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.

3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.

4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week

5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds

6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

7. Don't compare your loss to someone else's - this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)

8. Stalls are common around the third week so don't panic

9. If you follow your plan to the T and don't lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food

10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison

11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts - make sure your doctor knows that you're doing low carb and when you started

12. Don't blame the diet if you don't read your plan book -- blame the diet if you don't read the labels -- Don't blame the diet if you don't follow the diet
Good Luck and Take care :-)

Stay hydrated, exercise the shoulders and back to pull the fascia and skin upward and back. Do a lot of core work to tighten the fascia of your whole body. Seek a massage therapist that does Myofascial Release Techniques to stretch fascia in the right areas and remodel the collagen around your body. In extreme cases you may need cosmetic surgery for the last little bits but that's a last scenario. GOOD LUCK!!

Your skin is elastic, so it will become firm again the more you work out. The only time you might see stretch marks or any loose skin after weight loss is if you're over the age of 40 or you're extremely overweight. Even then, your body will compensate for the weight loss to bring you skin back to a normal state.

Your skin becomes a little loose but your body will tighten it up. It just takes a little time

gosh i wish i knew, i have a little from losing 20 lbs the healthy way! and im 15 so it sucks :/

If you don't have strecht marks from gaining weight your skin will go back to normal

It will be a little loose but it will go back in time.
