Will i lose weight by doing this?!


Question: Will i lose weight by doing this?
I jog/walk 60 min on treadmill
Do medicine ball work outs
And also sit up ball wrk outs

Then for lunch i eat a 6 inch turkey sub from subway .turkey tomatoes and lettuce only
Half bag of lays baked chipd

Dinner same meal as lunch

Then drinking water and powerade zero

Will i startto lose?

No you will not loose weight. Find something healthier than subway. Try fruit salad. Don't eat too much bread.

The rumors are true, it does make you fat and it is used as a filler. You do need bread but not that much.



If you burn more calories than you eat, then yes you will. Your workout seems strenuous and I'm guessing you will burn around 400-600 calories just by the jog, depending on your pace. The medicine ball and sit ups will tone, but will also add muscle, which as we all know, weighs more than fat so you may not see the numbers on the scale go down as much as you hope but you should be able to see a physical change.
You should start t lose weight quickly, just remember the muscle you are building as well. Don't be upset if you are not losing as much as you you had hoped! Even losing a pound a week is amazing, imagine if you keep on the same regime, you could lose 48 pounds in a year! Keeping up with your diet and exercise is key to weight loss and you may want to step it up even more when you are more used to the workout begin to plateau (and believe me, you will, we all do :( sadly)
Your lunch and dinner are healthy and low-fat, just make sure you are eating a full breakfast as well.



Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect.
Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

Yes..but you shouldn't really be eating 2 subs a day. You need more variety in your diet, and more fruits and veggies. And Lays chips have no nutritional value even though they're baked...you're basically just wasting calories by eating them. Replace the chips with some fat free yogurt and fruits and veggies and I think you'll do well.



Make sure you include fruit and veg, I reckon that's important. But don't go overboard with it all, keeping healthy is important but it's bad for you to overdose on exercise.



you will get better results on the long run if you eat 5 times a day (small meals) for a total of 1200 calories. eat healthy and lots of protein and fiber to feel full.



Make sure you eat breakfast to such as firuit or yogurt.
