Help I am extremely skinny and short. What do I do?!

Question: Help I am extremely skinny and short. What do I do?
I am 12 years old and I am only 63 pounds. Im 4'8 and my height is because of generics (Mom is 5 feet and dad is also 5 feet) , but I want to increase my height. Please don't tell me I have to wait and im not done growing yet, because I know when im done with puberty, I'll be 5'4. -.- How can I altogether increase my height, gain weight and gain muscle mass? Can you make some sort of schedule for me, or maybe a diet and a list of workouts including the reps and for how many seconds I should do it?

Answers:

To increase your height- you need to eat foods that are most beneficial to you, the most vitamin packed foods. & to increase your weight you just need to eat more calories than you burn. Muscle mass- you just need to excercise, or stretch.

Heres a good example of what to go by: You never want to gain or loose more than 2 pounds a week.

Breakfast: Eat your favorite carb! To kick start your day! It's also good when gaining weight/muscle to have protein at every meal.
Here are some nutritious & tasty options.

Mid morning snack: ( If you have enough time in the morning) have a cheesestick, or carrot sticks w/ dressing, or a granola bar and juice, etc.

100% whole wheat bagel w/ natural peanutbutter(try naturally more PB, you will fall in love)
a glass of milk/or juice & a banana
or
wheat english muffin
eggwhites/or eggs ( cook them in a muffin tin, to get the eggmcmuffin shape!)
a slice of a good cut of cheese( try to have the processed kind every day)
& juice/milk w/ a fruit

Lunch: Something filling because this is a large gap between meals usually.
Try a salad: Get dark/colorful greens. add any veggies or fresh fruit youd like.
Add ins: dried fruit(crannberries are my fav), avocado, crutons, seeds etc.
& the proteins: chicken, tuna fish, salmon, steak, hard boiled eggs, nuts(walnuts are my fav for salads), cheese, etc.
Then pick your favorite dressing!: Oil based ones are the most beneficial like oil & vinegar, balsamic, any vinegarettes, etc. But still everything in moderation so pick whatever(:
Add a breadstick or italian, etc. any type of bread to soak up the left over dressing.

Or if thats to filling..
Peanut butter(really try to transition to an organic or natural kind it has more of the real thing) & Jelly/ or banana sandwhich on 100% whole wheat bread. Or you can do an egg/tuna salad sandwhich.
w/ your treat of the day like oreos or pringles, etc. or for a healthier option sweet & salty natures vally bar they are amazing! or trailmix(nuts, dried fruit, choc. chips, pretzels, etc.)
with a cheesestick.

snack: Have an apple or a banana w/ peanut butter w/ milk
Or a sandwhich(turkey/chicken/pb&j/egg/tuna/a… w/ cheese, mayo,etc.) w/ juice or milk

Dinner: Get some complex carbs in here like a sweet potato or whole grain rice or pasta.
Protein: chicken fish turkey steak lean beef pork loin italian sausage shrimp nuts, etc.
& at least 1 serving of a veggie or fruit... you can have a salad w/ dressing, or green beans, carrots, etc. w/ a little bit of olive oil or butter. or a fruit salad.

Snack: Something to keep your body running the whole night to make it to breakfast!
Chocolate milk & oatmeal w/ whatever topping you'd like: brown sugar, vanilla, banana, berries, nuts, whipp cream, peanut butter, dried fruit, choc. chips, etc.
Or pretzels(honey wheat are delish) w/ peanut butter. w/ choc. milk
hard boiled eggs w/ juice or choc. milk
or try an omelette!
Or of course my favorite pb & j w/ milk
pb crackers w/ milk

There are so many options! I hope I helped you!

Remember: every thing in moderation! and eat every 2-4 hours! & peanutbutter is a glorius superfood for you to be eating! It doesnt take much to boost those calories and provide you with good nutrition. ( same with avocado, any type of nuts, seeds, vegetable oils.)

If your not use to excercising start smaller and build up each day!

I work with a dietician. & doctors specialized in this area. I have struggled with my weight. im 5 foot 2-3 & 95-100 pounds. So I follow diets like these but with even more food! hahah. and im still stick thin.
