How do i get thinner legs?!


Question: How do i get thinner legs?
I have a body where all my fat goes to my lower half (i have small boobs, a flat stomach and big thighs)
I have tried so many things to get them smaller, ill eat minimal food for a week at a time, every day i fast-walk 8km (on my treadmill) and swim a few laps. It's helped but i am not getting the results i want. I want legs that are straight and thin and have no bulk/fat
someone please help!!!

you cant reduce fat in certain areas by exercising there, sorry. its all down to genetics so your only bet is to lower total body fat.
you are approaching weight lossw wrong btw. you should be eating 500 calories less than you need and you should be doing anything more then 30-40 minutes of cardio at a heart rate of 120-140 BPM

calculate your BMR (frist link when you search for BMR on google)
