Question: Can dieting in your teens affect height growth?
I am 14.5 years old, 66 inches tall, and 139 pounds. Although I never actually was overweight, i have lost some weight and I have been wondering if dieting can affect height growth, which my mom claims to be true.

Under eating can, to some extent, stunt your height growth.



depends on the diet.
if you cut out fat, no harm.
if you cut protein, calcium, iron, etc. , you can stunt your growth.
