why are my abs uneven?!
Question: Why are my abs uneven?
my right side goes higher than the left and vice versa and idk which side does what when i exercise one side, does one side go up or down when i do sideways sit ups and which side for which direction?

This is just the way your body was made. The way peoples muscles are inserted, originated, and what not is all genetically predetermined. There is a possibility that it might get better with age but I doubt it. So don't worry at all, nothing is wrong with you. Look up jay cutler. His abs look like a puzzle piece haha.-matt
