Don't skip past the most important part because your in a hurry, the number one reason most programs fail, is because they are too hard, and that includes expecting too much too soon, give it two months of just making it an enjoyable habit, that will give your entire system time to come up to speed, to have what you'll need to get to where you want, the results will come in different forms, and at different times, appreciate the quest to get there, you'll keep seeing where it's giving you more, then you ever thought it would! Learn it as an art. Just eat sensible meals, eggs and oatmeal for breakfast, a fruit a few hours later, then a square lunch, dinner, and a healthy protein snake at night ( keep it small).

If you train hard, in the beginning it'll take you at the soonest 1 month to see any real results.

There are different training methods, different ways to train and different goals when it comes to training.

Some train for size and physique (bodybuilding), some train for strength (powerlifting, strongman), some train just to look good (skinny guys with abs), some train for combat sports (boxing, kickboxing Muay Thai/pradal serey).

If you look at the bodies of each of those kinds of athletes you'll see a difference in their builds.

Generally you'll want to take in alot of protein (meat, protein shakes, nuts) everyday to maximize your muscle growth. Don't eat too much fatty foods (candy, chocolate, chips) or you won't look as physically impressive.

If you want to get big, eat alot of carbs such as pasta so you can pack on the weight and size.. and don't forget to train hard.

A sponge.

you should see strength gains pretty quickly and youll eventually level off and it will be harder to see strength gains. a balanced diet with plenty of complex carbs and and protein is always recommended. eat fruits and vegetables too
