Help with Healthy meals?!


Question: Help with Healthy meals?
Hey! I'm krishal, i've recently made a great turn to start eating healthy.
I have some meals I Want to prepare but I'm not sure if they're healthy or not, so can you assist me with this? thanks!
For Breakfast I start by having a hot cup of Green Tea, then after i ave some Weetabix (Whole grain, Organic) and milk with some chopped apples.
For Lunch I have some veggies (steamed/stir fried) and sometimes is varies and another cup of Green tea.
For dinner i usually have some Brown rice and curry.
I know this diet seems kind of messed up, but i need to know if it's healthy
also can you PLEASE leave some HEALTHY suggestions for Breakfast/lunch/dinner?

My gym teacher taught us helth and he says eat what you like, but watch what you eat. Fiber is good but it doesnt digest. Calcium will help ur bones. watch out for fats and oils they are bad.

but it depends on which race you are. asians usually prefer asian food. americans prefer american food. indians usually prefer indian food. so... i cant really tell you what you could eat =/
