Question: What's a good weekly chest and arm routine?
Can you please design a weekly chest and arm workout that will make them grow the quickest?

Read this whole Artical. Its the workout I do. And look at this guy. Hes huge. The workout is down at the bottom. But you should read it all. Its a great workout. I feel soar everytime after, which is not a bad thing. If your soar, its working.

Assuming that you are working the back, shoulders, legs, and forearms, this routine will work. If you don't work every part evenly, then you will make zero progress.

Incline Bench Press 3x8 supersetted with Incline Flyes 3 x 8
Incline Curl supersetted with Triceps Bench Press 3 x 8
Forearm Curl 3 x 12
Reverse Forearm Curls 3 x 12
