if you are to small as a teen you will have health problems like bones breaking and female organs not working right. when you are older. also I think you can start to produce hormones that you dont need if your diet is bad and you exercise to hard.
I think you should eat 3 good meals and 2-3 snacks every day. no sugar.no chips. no soda. drink lots of water.eat green stuff.eat fish.

you might look COOL at 86 pounds but that is not healthy. and sick with health problems is not good. you are growing and your body is changing if you starve yourself from the food that your body needs you can hurt yourself a lot.

A good way to determine if your weight is healthy for your height is to calculate your body mass index (BMI). Being overweight puts strain on your heart and can lead to serious health problems.

i advised you to search this URL address for more info. (since you wasn't able to give your height as additional reference)

I would need your height to do the math for you to tell you if your over or under weight, but it's 2-3 pounds for inches. You may need to eat a sandwich, or drop a few pounds.

Don't lose weight for other people unless it's life or death for you. Good luck mate!

I think your ideal weight depends on how tall you are. I can tell you my 13 year old son was a little chubby, and in the last month or so he grew about 3" taller, and slimmed right out. You're active, eat well and don't worry about it. Be healthy!

you should not be worried about your weight. This generations girls are obsessed with their weight and it really is an issue. also, for questions like this u should really include height. u should not be able to see ur ribs...a little fat is good/healthy

Don't worry about weight. You are too young. Just eat healthy and keep playing sports

If you can help me with this survey that would be great. Need a lot of responses!

You sound fine to me but it depends on your height. Google a BMI calculator and put in your height and weight it should tell you if you're overweight, underweight, or normal. But I think you're probably fine.

The average weight of a physically active 13 year old is around 110lbs. I personally think your weight is perfect. Losing any weight (especially to 86lbs.) is a bad idea that could possibly hurt your health.

depends on your height, but what you jus said sounds too thin. i dont think you shuld lose weight at all. stay as you are or gain some.

no your about the avergae wieght of girls that age.

Depends on your height.
