lose 25 pounds in 2-3 months?!


Question: Lose 25 pounds in 2-3 months?
I'm 5'5 and around 155 pounds depending on the day. What exercise and diet shouldI follow to accomplish this? I want to get down to 135 ish for graduation and summer.
Workouts aren't a problem because I have unlimited access to a gym.

I lost 30 pounds over the summer, and here's my advice:
Exercise every day for 30 minutes or more. I know it seems like a lot, and it will be at first, but you'll feel so good when youe exercise every day!
Don't do any crazy dieting! If you do, you'll loose weight but then you'll gain it all back. In order to loose weight you need to become healthier overall. Make nutritional changes that you can stick with.
Keep a food diary. It really helps to keep track of calories.
Eat lots of fruits and veggies, whole grain bread, lean meats, nuts, and drink lots of water. Water will keep you full.
I cut white breads and grains out of my diet. Also, I cut out desserts except for on special occasions.
