i need a solid ab workout?!


Question: I need a solid ab workout?
i have a 6 pac but they don't pop out as much as i want them to. can someone please give me a good upper, mid, lower, and oblique workout? THANKYOU.

OK man, here's my ab workout:
Hanging situps: Hang on a pullup bar, bring your knees to your chest. I do 3 sets of 20.
Situps - I'm training to go into NROTC, so I do sets of 50 (what fitness tests require). 2 sets of 50, 1 set of 30, 1 set of 25
Balance Ball Situps: Seem very easy, but you feel them a lot once you move onto your next exercise. 2 sets of 50.
Mountain Climbers: Remember 'em from gym class? Yeah, 2 sets of 50, 1 set of 40, 1 set of 30
Oblique raises: Hold a 45 lb. plate in each hand, bend from side to side. 50 reps. Then do the same thing, but with a 25 lb. weight in each hand.
Plank Supersets (30 s. rest in between each) Normal Plank for 1 min, Plank with a 25 lb. plate on your back for 1 min, plank with a 45 lb. weight on your back for 30-45 seconds. 45 second side planks, one on each side.

After all this I either jump rope or run. In the summer I might swim or go play football/basketball with some friends

lol not having a 6pack the pops out as much as you like sounds silly to be worried about :P
but anyways i suggest:
-lying on the ground legs straight, lifting legs up and slowly down hovering just above the ground
- sit up position, and just twisting your waist holding weights
- sit in an L shape feet up against the wall and try and touch your toes
there are probably tonnes of other things that could work also, so dont be afraid to eperiment yourself, what works for you :)
