You wouldnt be getting all the nutritional value that you need and you could develop health problems. You would need to include protien/fats such as nuts or egg whites. You would also need some dairy in which skim or soy milk which have no fat would be good. You would also want grains in which whole wheat oatmeal would work. Im just saying

there are people who do that for their entire lives. They're called vegans. The person would most likely lose weight especially if they ate meat consistently. Secondly they'd probably raise their fiber intake, lower body fat percentage, and would probably raise their blood sugars considering that fruit is plentiful in sugar. All in all, they'd probably be overall healthier. They'd be able to gain muscle and burn fat a lot easier because so many starchy vegetable such as beans are very high in protein as well as fiber, boosting your metabolism.

sigh......which, if that was possible, which it's not, they'd be nutrientally deficit in many areas.

Look, a variety of foods is normal and healthy. We get certain vitamins and minerals from dairy, different ones from fruits and veggies, different ones from meat, beans and legumes, etc. etc. etc. So experts recommend you get a variety of foods to get all of the nutrients your body needs.

you would explode
