Why is my trainer pushing me to become a personal trainer?!

Question: Why is my trainer pushing me to become a personal trainer?
One day, I mentioned I had once thought about it, personal training.

The next, she brought it up and was saying "you were thinking about training, right" and I kinda shot it down. Said I didn't have experience to train and she said something about how all of us need to gain experience and I was like yea and she said their always looking for more trainers and I didn't say anything (I hate how I wrote out all of that dialogue btw)

The next day, I asked if all they had to do was a mail-in test and she explained that they had to do workshops and a test (24 hr fitness) and then went on to saying they are looking for trainers and said "they need more female trainers, you know"in an attempt to convince me...

Clearly, I didn't express a passion for it. Was 24 Hour Fitness just in need of more trainers? I'm not a fitness buff...though I guess I could use a job

Answers:

You have to be a certified trainer to work at 24hr fitness. They just don't hire anybody. Lawsuits and that crap. If you want to know more about it here are are links to become a fitness trainer. They will tell you what you have to do to be certified. http://www.nasm.org/ and http://www.acefitness.org/getcertified/c… or https://www.issaonline.com/issa-info/ind… there are many more but you have to be certified to become a fitness trainer. Then you go through their workshop and training just to work there.
