Proper diet. Cut out all processed foods; pasta, bread, cereal, and even potatoes. Processed food spikes blood sugar which increases insulin which increases hunger. It's much more complicated than that but I'm trying to keep this short.



Any movement is good. The question is, is it good enough? Not by itself, but you need to start somewhere.

No. You need to run. Walking won't do it. Run four miles a day and find a professional diet. When you combined the two, you will lose weight.

It can be if your obese, but most people looking to lose some pounds need to be running for an extended time.



Go walking and try jogging then running
