Question: Can i lose 6-7 pounds in a month?
If it is posible , how can i do it? (in a healthy way).

yea you can do it maybe even more.
Walk everyday and go and sitting in a suana can do it



Yes, Excersie at least five days a week and at least one day of rest. IE: Monday:Cardio Tuesday:Cardio& Weights Wed: Cardio Thur:Cardio&Weights Fri: Cardio Sat: Cardio&Weights or off Sun:Off. Do cardio for an hour (5-6x wk) and weights(3x wk) for about 30-45min. You could also considering doing circut training which will incorporate both cardio and weights. Throughout the week alternate type of Cardio & various Weights (any aerobic class,treadmill, elliptical, spinning, swimming, running etc. Weights (weight machines, dumbbells, weight bar,medicine ball, kettle ball,stretch bands, own body such as-push ups, sit ups etc.) When doing weights it's good to alternate from top to bottom IE:shoulder press then lunges working upper part of body then lower part of body. This will help from one part of the body get too tired. Eating right is also key and depends on height & weight and how much exercise your doing. I would say on an average of 1,400-1,600 would be a good daily calorie intake.

Yeah you can loose that much easily. Stop drinking soda, alchohol, bread, butter, candy, and any possible junk food you can think of. Have a healthy cereal for breakfast like Special K and instead of having whole milk have 2% or skim. For lunch have a salad, or fish. For dinner have some chicken and maybe some veggies. During the day snack of fruits, Special K bars, vegtables and what not. Good luck!!



Hi Forever. I actually lost 17lbs in 3 months so 6-7 in a month is definitely doable. The way I did it was by following this new program I found on google. It's on www.realsixpack.com. The workouts and eating tips really helped me out. I think it might work for you too. Good luck!

Yes no doubt you can lose more than that in a whole month! Just make sure you are excersizing at least 5 days a week and eating healthy. 5 to 6 small meals a day.
