Good Diet Plan For 15 Year Olds?!


Question: Good Diet Plan For 15 Year Olds?
I only need to lose 2-3 pounds, but I want a perfect workout. Im 15 and 23 days, I weigh 114 lbs, I am 5'5. I want to be 113-111 pounds. What would be a good diet, with cardio exorcise to? Please help?

Answers:

go to the gym, for a start. The treadmills will help you and they give all the info you need...
like how many calories lost, and how much Weight to lose. Some treadmills even have personal trainers built into them! Go on the treadmill, go on the bike things, do sit-ups.

but at home, you can just do sit-ups, run, crunches, lift weights(if you have them at home)

Eat for breakfast: water, baby carrots :D, and anything healthy.
Lunch: Salad, water, have cucumber slices
snack at any time of the day: apple!
dinner: anything healthy, but light

eat grains, to be specific, and all different fruits and veggies. But dint overdue it with those, because everything is in moderation. you can still gain some Weight if you eat way too much of them.

a healthy workout may also include some push ups, swimming (at the gym's pool),
AND.....
a sauna!
its basically a heated room that you can find in a gym. It makes you sweat, therefore, making you lose a couple pounds. it is water weight....but anyway....
So if you decide to go the gym, go on treadmills, etc., and when yer done, go in the sauna (which every gym should have if not mistaken) and stay in the sauna until you cant handle the heat.
Then take a shower, at the gym or at home.
btw, make sure the water isn't that hot, it makes yer skin dry..
oh yeaah, power walks in the Morning help A LOT!!!
i did that in the summer, holy shizz i grew a couple inches, lost a couple lbs, and my hair got lighter.

Diet is lower on carbs, salts and calories - but NOT drastically. Eat a bunch of green veggies, drink bunches of water and stay away from snacky foods like Cheezits, Chips Ahoy, etc. Cardio - run, jump rope or swim.
