i do a sport already, my arms and legs arent fat, but my stomach is a little big (hahaahh...)

Answers:

No one can say, but my guess is that you would need to reduce your calorie intake if you are like most people. No exercise will do the trick. If your stomach is big, it could be from

1. Your stomach organ being too big because you have stretched it from eating too much, especially at a single time. Smaller meals will correct this and as your stomach contracts, it will take less food for you to feel full. Count calories instead of relying upon your eyes or feeling. This is where a lot of people fool themselves into eating more than they need.

2. You have excess fat - this is a simple factor of having taken in more calories than you burn. If you exercise regularly already, you have to reduce your calorie intake or burn a whole lot more

3. You have unusually large abs. This is probably not the case. So don't trick yourself into believing it.

4. You have excess skin. This is due to gaining weight (or pregnancy) and stretching the skin. This depends on the degree. Time may help, or you may consider surgery. Unless you were once obese or pregnant, you probably don't need to worry about this.

I do wish to warn you that drastically reducing your calorie intake may have bad health consequences. Here's my advice.
1. Eat whatever you want but do not eat anything that you don't know how many calories it is.
2. Write down how many calories you take in and do it religiously
3. Limit your meals to 300 calories or so - a lean cuisine is a good measurement, but eat as often as you feel hungry
4. If you still feel hungry after a meal, you probably do not need the extra calories, but because your stomach is stretched, you don't feel full. So, wait 2 hours before you eat again. This will allow you to shrink your stomach organ without risking that you are depriving your body of calories.

As far as overall calories, look to the government recommendations for your age and sex, and current exercise.

Of course, eating healthy is good for overall health, but for weight loss and slimming down it is pretty much all about calories

to flatten your stomach you have to control your calorie intake. don't over eat. only feed your body the amount of calories that it needs at the specific time of your meal. a great exercise for your stomach is the reverse curl. you lay on your back with your legs bent and pull your knees into your cheat and then lower your legs back down and repeat all over again. do this like 15 times you'll feel the burn.
