how to lose weight and eat healthy?!


Question: How to lose weight and eat healthy?
ok for me im kind of out of sape..... im trying to lose weight ok...... im exercising good... i want to know what should i eat... this past week i been exercising and only eating fruits and salads no ,eat no noting... no grease stuff...is that good.... or do i need meat for protein? or should i stay what im doing right now?

I advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
do not snack
do not drink soda
go on the half off diet only eat half of what you would usually eat and give or throw the rest away
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )



Less than 400 calories a day is classified as starving. Also, if you exercise more and eat less (for instance, you eat 700 calories and burn off more than 300) it is classified as starving.

For a male; 2500 calories a day are advised to maintain a certain weight, and 2000 calories for a woman.

If you want to lose weight, eat approximately 500 calories less than your ideal calorie-intake (which may be more for overweight people).

Most diets dictate what you can and cannot eat: most of these strategies are untested, however, so be careful.



It does take time so try to keep track of what you eat and look at it over a month, two months, etc. Don't expect results in one week, but look for good exercise and eating habits that continue on for ever.
