Cardio is the best exercise whether it is going for a walk/run or doing a cardio exercise dvd. Make sure that you eat a healthy diet consisting of alot of protein it will help you throughout the day and jump start your metabolism causing you to burn calories throughout the day. Also drink water first thing in the morning. Eating every 2-3 hours in portions can keep your metabolism going. The amount of protein a person is supposed to have in a day is : take your weight times .37 and that will be the amount of grams you should consume. Also protein smoothie/shakes are a good substitue for a snack between meals and are low in calories. Be sure to exercise atleast 3-4 times a week for a half hour atleast. Good Luck!
