Question: Will this diet plan work?
breakfast
1/2 cup greek yogurt
sprinkle fresh berries

snack
half apple
1 tbsp natural flax seed peanut butter

lunch
half sandwich non processed turkey on sprouted whole grain bread

snack
low fat string cheese
1/2 cup carrots

dinner
bbq chicken skewer
some broccoli

i tallied it up to under 900 calories

plus i think im going to do slim in six
what do you think?

Answers:

Yes it will...good diet. Though I would leave out the string cheese..but that's just me..I'd do a banana or something similar instead.

Also if you incorporated some jogging into your daily routine it would boost results alot.

900 calories is NOT enough. I don't care if you're trying to lose 300 lbs, 900 calories per day is not healthy. ESPECIALLY if you are doing Slim in 6 which is a pretty intense Beach Body program.

I would add more to your breakfast and lunch... IE add a hard boiled egg or a banana to breakfast, make your 1/2 sandwich a WHOLE for lunch and having something to go along with it.

Cutting down on calories is a great way to get fit, however 900 is unhealthy you will be burning your necessary calories and fat it takes to be alive!!
