Question: Would this garentee weight loss?
"Hot" Yoga 2x a week
1 hour of gymnastics a week
Riding bike 1 mile a day
Taekwondo an hour 1x a week
Swimming an hour 1x a week
1 hour of Volleyball 1x a week

I am 15 years old 5"1 and 119 pounds.... I am home schooled and Im going to start school in september so I wanna look good. Does this look good?

sounds great! but u still need to watch what u eat and the amounts((: drink lots of water and alot of fruit and vegs. fruit juices have more sugar in them than coke and drinks like that. I once had a doctor tell me if i ate 10 pounds of fruit and vegs and drank only water, i would not only lose the weight i needed to but feel the best i hav ever felt in my life((: Keep in mind my dear friend its not just losing weight, but doing it healthy(: believe me, u do not have to just eat fruit and vegs to have a healthy way of eating.
