How long will it take to notice a difference?!

Question: How long will it take to notice a difference?
I gained some weight last year and not only weight but also belly fat(especially on the lower half of stomach) which I'm embarrased by. I really want to get a flatter stomach by june at latest but I also want to see some results soon, too. Right now I cut out fast food, no junk food(chips, candy), for cardio I go on the elliptical for an hour do 5 something miles, and I cut down on my calories. I'm planning on buying hand weights so I also get more defined arms, and I'm planning on doing Pilates (have a Pilates DVD) maybe 3-4 a week also. I was wondering will I start seeing some results in terms of: weight loss, belly fat loss, toned and more defined body parts in couple of weeks? And any other recommendations is appreciated. And 2nd part of the question is will I be able to get a really nice flat stomach by doing this plan and maybe buying some other workout items?

It takes six weeks to see significant results on a weight loss plan,
even though your body experiences positive cellular and molecular
changes as soon as you begin to eat better and exercise more. You may
only see little changes day to day--but stick with it! It IS working!
After roughly 42 days, those incremental losses will add up to a big,
motivating drop on the scale. In one study of 300 dieters who
exercised 30 minutes daily, those who were overweight or obese lost up
to 16 pounds by the six-week mark. The lesson: Don't be discouraged if
you fail to see results quickly--your body is busy adjusting to your
changed habits and will produce positive news soon.
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

First of all you wake up early in the morning. Do some yoga's.Also daily 20-30 Sit up.

I see you're already motivated to go on and get the flat belly that you want. I advice you to stick to a proven routine.. When it comes to flatten your belly and get an attractive stomach, you must work smart and not hard. By smart, I mean you must do only the effective exercises and follow the healthy diet that will get you real results. Don't bother about hard workouts, because we don't have enough time for those workouts, besides we'll get tired and bored very quickly! See this?

So my advice for you is, yess you can do pilates or yoga. You can do the diaphragmatic deep breathing exercises to boost your metabolism rate (your long-lasting body fat burner). walking and jogging for just 20 or 30 minutes will help you to feel energetic and vibrant!

Eat a lot of fresh fruits, vegetable salads... and make the habit of drinking a lot of water on a daily basis.

>>> Don't forget: you must go on! Don't stop. Yess, you can see good results in couple of weeks.
