Question: My mom got a gym membership and is incorporating wrestling into her workouts, and wants me to help her!?
Hey what's up guys. I'm Mike, I'm 17, and I live home alone with my 42 year old mother. You have to excuse me, because I'm still a little new to this yahoo answers gig.
My mom has jumped from diet to diet over the past couple of months, and about a week ago she decided to get a gym membership to also help improve her health. She's really been hitting the gym hard and so far shes been going everyday for the past week. But here's where it gets funny - just today she was telling me she was interested in incorporating submission wrestling into her workout and she asked me if I wanted to be her wrestling partner when we go to the gym and the gym had a lot of kickboxing and wrestling mats. She mentioned to me she even wanted to go out and get us both spandex wrestling singlets to wrestle in. She had also mentioned she wanted to try out a vareity holds, like"body scissors", "armbars" "head scissors", "chokes" etc. Now, I I actually have no problem doing this with her at all, seeing how we don't have too many friends outside the family, and I actually think this would be a fun activity for the both of us. So hence my question to you guys is, should I NOT wrestle with her?? Why or why not? Do you think this is bizzare because I dont think it is personally. Would I be a freak If I chose to pull on the spandex and submission wrestle with her?
