Question: ARe there any Workouts like p90x out there?
I'm currently doing p90x..I love the workout..but these workouts are way too long, I work full time and don't have a lot of time to dedicate to working out..are there any other workouts similar to p90x out there that are shorter but like it? I'm looking to tone up and kind of loose weight but mainly toning up.

I work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. I have time, because I make time. If you want to change your body, if it is a priority to you, then you will make the time. I dont know your situation, but all of us in general have the time. How much time do you spend watching TV or playing on the computer? If you want to change your body, get off your butt and do it. You have one of the best programs ever made.....Use it.

The funny thing about these programs is that anything will work to get you in shape this is especially true for beginners, just walking for 30 minutes if you never have done it would benefit your cardio/stamina and lose fat.

If i told you a bunch of burpees was the holy grail to fat loss and muscle gain you wouldnt listen but if i made a book, packaged it with a fit looking model on the front and several bullet point tips to help you burn the fat build the muscle you'd pay hand over fist for it. Fact is if you want a slim lean body eat less or increase your volume of workouts to help raise your metabolism.

So in short if you intend on lowering the volume of workouts eat less no need for a diff program.

Check out the P90X One on One Volume 1 program. The longest workout, Yoga X, has a very good substitute in Volume 1 called Fountain of Youth - it's more like 45 minutes. I'm not sure about the other workouts, but I use Fountain of Youth for Yoga. The hour and a half for Yoga X is what really kills me (not the workout, just my attention span lol)

Google the spartacus workout. It's not as intense, but it's simple and easy without taking up a lot of time. Will help you tone up for sure though still.
