I need 10 really good dancing/exercise songs.?!


Question: I need 10 really good dancing/exercise songs.?
Started a diet...doing well. Now it's time to add in some exercise. I am not registered at a gym. A friend of a friend shaped up by dancing in her living room for 30 min/day. Dancing to raise her heartbeat (eg raising her arms, hopping, etc). I'm going to try this for a month and then to the gym 3x per week for toning. What i need now is 10 REALLY good songs to dance to in my living room. Please submit your best dance songs.

Well done, dancing will help, just make sure your very intense, not just lightly dancing, really throw yourself around.

4.) Pussycat Dolls - Buttons

look at rhianna, pitbull, pussycat dolls, beyonce, mostly black people upbeat music



You could always just use your 10 favourite songs, it'd motivate you more. If not, I'd suggest anything up beat and 'feelgood'.

By the way if you used a jump rope instead of just dancing it would tone your arms, stomach, legs and but all in one. it gets your heart rate up and you can make a game out of it like counting your jumps and trying to beat the number each time.

15 minutes of jump rope is = to 30 minutes of jogging.
