how can i loose weight..?!


Question: How can i loose weight..?
I need too loose weight before may, its just my legs need toning and my belly needs 'flattening' but i have no time to exercise! and i find it so hard to stick to a diet, as i have no money either and healthy food is more expensive too! please could you give me some ideas? thankyou xxx

Basically, Your body burns carbs and fat. However the burning of carbs and fat is not equal. When you start to work out you burn more carbs than fat and can be recognized as Carbs>Fat. After about 30 minutes your body goes though a transition where the amount of carbs is the same as amount of fat being burnt and can be recognized as Carbs=Fat. This transition only last for about 5 minutes then more fat is being burned than Carbs. This is Carbs<Fat. What is important to know is you are Burning about 90% Carbs 10% fat in the being then they swap places in the 5 minute transition. An example of this can be if you run for 30 min everyday you wont see any changes. But if you run for 45 minutes you will see your "fat" areas getting smaller! If you change your carb intake you can lose weight quicker though!

Eating well doesn't have to be labor intensive or expensive. You just have to know what to buy. Here are some ideas:

Lean Meats - grilled or baked chicken, turkey, fish, and some beef
Whole grain foods - whole grain bread, pasta
Fruit and yogurt (Greek yogurts are the best as they are high in protein and lower in sugar carbs than most other yogurts)
Nuts
Oatmeal (not the flavored packet kind!)
Cereals (with more than 3 grams of fiber) and milk
Trail mix with nuts and dried fruit
Hummus and raw veggies
Hard boiled eggs (or egg whites)
Cottage cheese and fruit
Peanut butter or turkey/chicken sandwich on whole grain bread
Whole grain crackers with nut butter or cheese
Yogurt smoothie (with added protein powder, if desired) - make your own with good, low carb yogurt; not the store bought kind of smoothie

As for the toning of your legs and belly - you're gonna have to do some type of exercise to see results. Changing your body's composition is 1/2 diet and 1/2 exercise - both equally important. The good news is, you have just about 2 months to get into shape - what type of activities interest you? How much time could you devote to exercise? You may need to adjust your lifestyle in order to get the results you want - get up earlier to fit in a workout; set aside time after school/work to workout. Ask yourself how much you want this and then give it all you've got.

There is always time to take care of yourself. I'm sure you could squeeze in a few exercise sessions a week because it sounds like it's important to you to reach your goal. It seems like you want to get this new and improved body out of thin air because you don't seem to want to do anything. You have to work hard for the things that you want.



Try bike riding that will tone your legs. But losing weight in your legs is really hard. your thighs are the last to shrink. Also my friend lost a lot of wieght by working out a little bit but counting calories mostly. Have a set number of calories you want to eat everyday and stop at that limit. Watch what you drink. Even juice that looks good for you has a lot of sugar and calories. Limit how much bread you eat too. Good luck!



Wake up a half hour to an hour earlier and run in the mornings. Working out as soon as u wake up b4 breakfast is great for ur metabolism. Stick ur headphones in and go for it. It would start out hard but its a great stress reliever and it makes u feel great after learning how to breathe and pacing urself.



Eat 6 meals a day, with veggies and more protein.
Do squats

Simple yet very effective!



Have lemon juice n honey with warm water !!
