How to loose 15-30 pounds in a month?!


Question: How to loose 15-30 pounds in a month?
My birthday is coming and I want to look good. I weight 130 pounds and I am 5 feet tall. I have the wii fit but that doesn't help me really, what types of exercise should I do and what types of meals should I eat

This is coming from a guy that has a high metabolism and never really had this problem haha, but I suggest to eat healthy. Drink plenty of water, eat fruits, and vegetables, and only pleasure yourself to little or none sugars and oils. And one of the main components is to LOVE your body, and be CONFIDENT. To be 5ft tall, and 130 lbs is actually NORMAL weight for your age group. Good Luck :)



Go onto a strict diet. Many people are against my diet, but It's what makes me loose extra weight.
Here is my plan:

A good, filling breakfast. This is what I have:

-Oatmeal with fresh diced strawberries on it.
-A Egg with NO salt or pepper
-A slice of toast with a small amount of butter. (Olive butter is best)
-A Orange
-A glass of Milk

This should fill you up.

For lunch:
Don't eat lunch, but allow yourself to a small snack. Like this:

A fistful of pistachios. Ones with not much salt.
-A bottle of water.

As for dinner, you should have something like this:

-Chicken, nothing extra on it, and it cannot be deep fried.
-Rice, with no butter or anything on it.
-A small side salad with Cheese, and low fat dressing.
-Any green vegetable. Such as broccoli or green beans.
-Water


Do not snack at night.

If you have the worst craving at night, chew gum.
Gum is always good to have with you if you get hungry.


During the day, go to the gym. Doing this will remind you that you're loosing weight.
Run, and do leg work-outs.

This should make you loose any extra weight in a matter of weeks.

My diet plan.



I personally have lost 12 pounds over the last 3 weeks by doing nothing more than drinking an herbal supplement drink. I know you have heard it all before about drinks and pills and all that stuff. But I honestly wasn't looking to lose weight I was just drinking this stuff to feel better and to be a bit healthier.

You can lose roughly ten pounds just by drinking the stuff and not doing anything else. Mostly because it helps you to clean your system, also known as cleansing your bowels. The big difference between this and a bowel cleanser is that you don't feel drained after drinking it and it flushing your system. (see below for the link, its the live product)

So how do you lose the rest? Easy, keep doing your wii fit, cut out sodas all together or limit yourself to 1 a day if you can't live without, like me. I have to have 1 dr pepper a day or I have withdrawals. The other thing you can do is add a brisk 30 minute walk to your wii fit regiment. Make sure you are walking fast enough to get your heart rate a pumping, then when you feel like you are going to pass out walk faster for another minute. This will push your thresh hold and make your body work and burn calories even more.

Lastly, cut down on fried foods this will help keep some of the fat out of your system. However, I will share with you a secret here if you eat fried foods eat an orange back behind them. Not drinking orange juice eat an actual orange. The natural acids in the orange will cut through all the grease in the fried foods helping to cut down on how much of that your body absorbs. This is a good thing and great for your skin as well.

Oops, one more thing, drink water, this will help keep your system flushed out and allow your body to keep some things it needs and discard the things it doesn't.

Personal Experience



It is not healthy for someone your size to lose that amount of weight in a month. The only way you could get there is by extreme dieting which is hazardous to your health. I feel like 10 pounds is a better goal. Get outside and run. Watch your sugar and salt intake, drink plenty of water, eat fruits and vegitables and protein rich food. Wish you all the best.



listen to me: don't absolutely go to fast- foods and pay attention to what you eat.
eat more fruit and vegetables, eggs etc..

so you can really lose some weight.

(fast food max once a month or two months, not more!!)

i'm italian and i watched "supersize me"



Im 5ft and I used to weight about the same as u.
I lost weight by drinking ALOT of water and green tea (without sugar).
Cut out red meat.
Fiber and lean protein is good for u while dieting.
Make better and smarter food choices (obvious things like tasty cakes and such)
I work out everyday, if not every other day. (Running, Zumba and Hiphop Abs >.<)
I am down to 112-115 right now.

Dear M'ca, U have not mentioned ur age.Any other health probelms like thyriod, family historyand present occupation and daily activites were required to give for exact diagonsis. where more fat concentrated and which parts grown more.Pl email paulraju_d@yahoo.co.in

don't eat to much try salad except you regular diet it'll automatically get loose best of luck
