Just wondering what have others done to shed/lose some fat

Too many things to recount. The most effective method (asides from diet and exercise) was a high protein/low carb diet through Quick Weight Loss Centers in Atlanta. I wouldn't recommend it though. I had no energy and had to force myself to eat all of the food. I had medical complications including a hiatal hernia and gastritis, which forced me to abandon the diet, and subsequently gain the weight back.



Sweat off the weight by jogging.
Ate right (not less). (I never believed in dieting.)
Stopped eating bread.
Apple Cider Vinegar in some water.
Keep my system flushed with of water.
8 hours of sleep/night.
Cinnamon &honey tea twice a day.

Everything I've done I've done consistently.



first of all AVOID dieting, because it kills inner strength. and do crunches it burns belly fat, do sit ups it burns thigh fat do swimming it is the best way to lose weight.
