Is my consumption of proteins sufficient for maximum muscle growth?!

Question: Is my consumption of proteins sufficient for maximum muscle growth?
I am 16 years old ( 180 lbs, 6'1'' ft), I train 4-5 times a week with weights and I consume daily 150g of protein ( 70g come from protein supplements). Is this number sufficient for increasing my muscle mass?

"Ideally, you should consume 0.36 grams of protein for every pound of body weight, according to recommended daily allowances (RDA) set by the Food and Nutrition Board. So if you weigh 170 pounds, you need about 61 grams of protein each day.

Protein should also make up approximately 15% of your total daily caloric intake, also according to the RDA. In a diet of 1,800 calories a day, for example, about 270 of those calories should come from protein."

So probably too much. skip the supplements and enjoy eating your protein

probably. excess protein causes calcium to be lost, and it is not possible to get too little protein in the diet for normal health. Heavy training causes waste of protein, and so some excess is needed. It is important to eat a low carbohydrate meal after training.
