Thats going to take you a thousand weeks to complete....thats almost 20 years....I guess you will have to be the judge if it is bad or not........>



Sit ups put unnecessary strain on your lower spine and don't work your entire core. Do hanging knee raises and oblique raises and planks, both of which work the entire core with no lower spinal trauma or excessive torque from side movements due to weaker obliques and lower back muscles.



yes it does. doing that many will cause over training and stagnate your gains. focus on a well rounded exersize program and work on your entire core area. lower abs, upper abs, obliques and lower back.



You should really exercise and tone over several days each week. Not just one big blow out once a week. I'm sure if you split that up over the week you will be more satisfied with your results.
