Question: What have you done to lose some weight?
Just wondering what have others done to shed/lose some fat

over the last 3 years i have gone from 12st 9 to 8 st 4
taking me from a size 16 to a size 8 (i'm 5'2)
I did weight watchers for 2 years which took me down to 10 stone
for the last year , i have calorie counted, tried to eat 1500 per day
cut carbs down to just breakfast and none or bare minimum at my dinner

generally i have

oatso simple golden syrup or marmite toast for brk

salad or homemade veg soup (broccoli or tomato and chilli usually)

snack of low fat crisps or yog or choc mousse

dinner with lean meat and plenty of veg



a dessert of around 150 cals
small glass of wine, a feddo choclate
some ben and jerrys froyo ECT

Saturday i always have a treat breakfat, grilled bacon sanwich

and sunday i always have a roast and a dessert
but still wise choices and no potatos

it got me to a size 8 and i'm happy and healthy

i also go to yoga one a week and have 2 cardio session ast the gym

Exercise is the KEY to losing weight.



Hit the gym, started eating healthier.. and the pounds came off.
