How much weight would it be safe for me to lose?!

Question: How much weight would it be safe for me to lose?
I'm 5'2" and about 120lbs, I desperately want to lose weight and get thinner legs and arms. When I look at myself sometimes I feel physically sick.
There is no problem about me straying off the exercise (every sunday I ice skate for two hours, on saturday i bike ride or walk for an hour and during the week i do muscular exercises like 50-100 squats and 50 sit ups).
I do sometimes binge out on the eating (consume about 300 more calories then I would have liked, but I make up for it but having a total intake of 1000 or less calories per day (every day).

How much weight could I lose in a month doing this?
How much weight would it be safe for me to lose (over no set time period)?
Is this a good plan?

Being 5'2", I think you can lose weight quickly by keeping up with the exercise and eating 1300 calories a day. Make sure you eat healthfully as well. This way your getting proper nutrition and can eat more (as opposed to eating junk). I would also take a multivitamin if I were you. I honestly don't think you actually need to lose any weight though. You have a BMI of 21.9 (healthy BMIs range from 18.5 and 24.5). You may just want to keep up with the exercise and start eating more protein-based foods. This way you'll lose body fat and get thinner, while staying at your healthy weight. But, I think the very lowest weight you'd want to be at is 110 pounds. Just make sure you don't develop an eating disorder while doing this. It's very common for someone to want to lose a certain amount of weight, then decide to lose more and more until they get really sick. It's hard to believe that you (being at a healthy weight and working out) have an appearance that should make you feel physical sick. I'm sure you look fine.

Chill out, girl!

your healthy weight range for your height is 7st 11 to 9 st 11 and you are in the middle of that so your fine. You would still be healthy to lose a stone but nothing more

I wouldnt worry about it tho enjoy your life you seem very healthy anyway

You don't need to lose weight ur healthy....but if u really want to lose about 5-8 lbs
