My two friends lost weight so quickly, but i can't?!

Question: My two friends lost weight so quickly, but i can't?
I'm 14 years old, 5'7 and 155 lbs. I don't look fat because i do have a lot of muscle but id just like to look overall thinner like my two friends.

One of my friends used to be 5'3, and was kinda chubby around 140 lbs, but then from last year to this year she did a complete turn around, now she grew so shes around 5'6 and weighs about 110 or less. Shes so skinny, and i'm jealous. I can't ask her how she lost the weight because that'd just be weird, but by being around her she doesn't eat as much as she did before. And my other friend is shorter then me, around 5'3, and used to weigh around 140 lbs last summer, but this summer she lost like 25 lbs. She looks skinny, but not too skinny, and looks great.

I don't understand how they're losing all that weight (unless they're anorexic) because they're not in any sports. And i exercise 14 hours every week and eat healthy. I need to lose weight, i want to be skinny like my friends and now stick out like the fat tall girl. Help!

Answers:

You said you have a lot of muscle, so if it's muscle bulk do at least an hour of cardio everyday, that will trim you down giving you a lean muscle. If it's fat also do cardio especially running melts it off. Continue with weights they'll keep the muscle but with the cardio you'll trim down. Also eat less, cut down your portions and make sure you're eating healthy.

Well first, you need to get the negative view of yourself out of your head. Your 14, and your actually very tall for your age. As for losing weight, I don't recommend trying to lose any weight, your not even in high school yet, so your not even into the much more intense high school workouts yet. As for your weight, it's probably muscle. Not fat. If you wanna tone up and lose a little bit of weight, start swimming. Swimming is an amazing way to tone your body and lose a few pounds. And by swimming I don't mean playing around with friends in your friend's pool. I mean go to a fitness center or your local YMCA and swim laps. At least 30 minutes, 2 times a week, for the first week. Then increase to 4 times a week. After a month, you should be swimming 30 minutes a day.
Have confidence in yourself. Everyone is different. Your metabolism could just be lower than theirs right, your not a full mature woman yet, so don't worry, your body will take care of itself.
