You don't need to eat less.........just differently

As I have said to many people, moderation is the key. If you don't eat the bad foods at all it will make you crave them and you will be more likely to eat more. The nutrition plate says you need some fat, so don't go overboard but don't go the opposite either.

Determination is the key. Keep yourself busy else you will have more time to think about eating those foods you crave.

If you really want to get fit then why not try a local class with your friends? If they want to lose weight too you could help eachother when you are feeling low and are craving those foods you know you shouldn't.

eating portions the size of your fist is not healthy!!

okay if you can't eat less; eat healthier. like..

-Replace white bread with whole wheat brown bread.
-Cut out junk food, sodas, juices, and other unhealthy snacks.
-Drink lots of water.
-Switch to as many low-fat/skim products possible.
-Exercise!!:D
-6 Small Meals is better than 3 medium ones<3
-Allow yourself a small piece of chocolate each day, just to push down those cravings.
-Have a small handful of nuts each day.
-Also squeeze some lime/lemon into your water.

aim for veggie meals at restaurants, etc etc. or just take your time eating, talking and chewing alot. (15-25 bites)

Don't buy the stuff in the first place. Don't buy cookies etc etc. Also put food that are bad for you in the freezer. Then when it comes time that you want to eat that type of food it will take a while for it to defrost and you will become tired of waiting and put it back.

6 small meals a day instead of 3 regular size ones.

make your small meal, put away the food. and stick to whats on your plate.

dietetics major

Eat portions no bigger then ur fist. May sound like a big difference & ya ull be hungry for awhile but jus supplement ur hunger with water
