the way your going you make your self very fatigues you should be eating healthier foods white bread isnt good if you want to loose weight eat low gi goods that stay in your system longer so you feel fuller for a long time things like grown bread brown pastas seeded foods and less startch foods but mainly greens salads and have heavy lunch light tea and do eat light breakfast

Eating breakfast is actually healthier.
A better way to lose weight is to become a vegetarian.
In the morning you can have special k with almond or soy milk.
For lunch you can have a light vegetable soup, perhaps even a salad.
And for dinner you can have any fruit. You can snack on nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, lightly or unsalted.
Bread is bad for you, peanut butter is loaded with sodium which can actually make you retain liquid in your body. If you starve your self your body can go into "starvation mode" which basically means your body will retain carbs and fat because it thinks it's going to starve. However if you diet right you will lose weight at a faster rate. This is actually working for me.

hey i'm just gonna pretend youre a 120lb girl alright. in 24 hours your body burns 1200 calories just to function and thats if you were asleep the entire 24 hours so you miay have like 300 more just from walking around the house. eating 800's fine but i'd say you can do 1000 and still have that extra 400 500 calories to burn some fat store

any way your question... you probably want to feel satisfied thick quaker outs is an option it'll be 250 with milk and splenda with a pinch of brown sugar

you could pound on the carrots which are really low

for dinner when i was watching my intake i had a huge thing of diet soda salad with 3oz of chicken only 70 calories so far i slice of toasted bread and 1 tbsp of jam 100 calories

if you want a tasty snack go buy one of those skinny cow icecream sandwiches those are so awesome and are 140

i guarentee you also if you make a bowl of oatmeal with 2 cups of fat free milk and 1 cup of oatmeal
you will have the biggest bowl of oatmeal youve ever had and be so full im a guy whose 175 lbs and thats pretty hard for me to finish thats 500 though but if you dilute the 1 cup of milk to 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup milk its only 400

frozen berries not bad
idk theres a bit i guess i'll just answer now i'm sure i can think of more

for dinner you should have stir fry with carrots, onions, garlic, ginger, celery, broccoli, mushrooms, organic tofu, and bok choy served over brown rice and sprinkled with sesame seeds. for a snack after dinner have a smoothie with blueberries, blackberries, kale, romaine lettuce and almond milk.

You're not doing yourself any favours by eating that.
