how do i get up earlier and fit in time for a run?!


Question: How do i get up earlier and fit in time for a run?
I start work at 7am and have to rise at 6, i find it very hard to get up and i finish work at 8.30 at night sometimes. I have no time for excercise any tips to get up earlier or lose weight etc i want to be able to rise at 5am so i can excercise before the day begins and keep fit. will this tire me out and make me ill or will i see the benefits??? your similar experiences will be helpful :)

Those are brutal work hours. To get up at 5 a.m., you would need to go to sleep by 10 p.m. and that would only give you 1.5 hours of free time in the evening. Another option if your circumstance allow would be to run during a lunch break if you have a gym nearby where you can shower.
